Lights-On Extension Permission

5th and 6th grade students can extend lights-on hours with permission - until 1:00 a.m. for 5th grade and 1:30 a.m. for 6th grade students. This is done on a case-by-case basis.

Study at the Dormitory

Basically, students study by themselves in their own rooms. However, group study sessions for lower secondary school students are held in classrooms during "Study Period 1" and "Study Period 2." Also, before periodic tests, extra study courses are provided.
Additionally, there are classroom-style study sessions and one-on-one study hours with teachers, as well as "senpai-courses" in which senior students teach junior students.
As for students'rooms in the dormitory, 1st grade to 5th grade students are assigned double-occupancy rooms. Single rooms are assigned to most 6th grade students, so that they can study at their own pace.
